• Attention to all details - Pre-requested dining times, pre-ordered wine, bed configurations, special occasion celebrations, pre-ordered onboard gifts, shore excursions and anything else that you need, we'll be there to assist you.
• Confirmation & communication of cruise details - Once we have found the perfect cruise for you, we will confirm all final details with you, send you a copy of your booked cruise confirmation, forward you cruise preparation information in a timely manner, provide you with valuable pre-booking shore excursion information, contact you regarding your final payment, provide you with a suggested packing list and prepare you for last minute cruise details & getting to your ship.
• Documents - We will contact you in a timely manner to let you know when documents have arrived in our office and we will then forward your tickets to you by the delivery method of your choice.
• Pier Assistance - We make sure you have the necessary arrangements made for necessary transfers to and from your cruise ship, we can arrange to meet you at the pier if you would like assistance with boarding or disembarking from your ship.
• Follow-Up - Finally once you have completed your cruise, we follow-up with you to make sure that your cruise experience was all you hoped it would be.
