Thanks a lot for all your services in planning our vacation. You made it very easy to plan from such a distance with us being in Costa Rica and you in Canada. Everything went excellent and we really enjoyed and relaxed during our cruise.

Please be aware that the Alaska voters have approved Ballot Initiative 2 which included a new tax on cruise passengers. While subject to certification by the state, a new tax of $50 per passenger was included in the initiative. The initiative is expected to be implemented in 2007 thus impacting all Alaska cruise passengers. However, final implementation information will not be available until the certification is completed. All cruise lines will be required to collect this new tax of $50 per guest from all passengers sailing on Alaska cruises in 2007. The tax will be added to all affected bookings once the initiative is certified. If there is any development that changes this situation and results in either a reduction or elimination of the tax, all affected bookings will be re-priced. As soon as final implementation information is available, we will promptly send you an updated confirmation showing the addition of the tax and the revised balance due.
Your cruise rate is protected from future increases, but you are not protected from possible increases of fuel surcharges, port, or government taxes. If there are changes to these fees you will be notified and charges will automatically be processed to your form of payment on file.
In the rare event of strikes, lockouts, weather conditions, mechanical difficulties or any other reason whatsoever, the cruise line may at anytime and without prior notice postpone, cancel or deviate from any scheduled sailing or port of call, and may but is not obligated to substitute another vessel or port of call.
